They will be responsible for fostering new business and relationships with all Veteran Affairs entities throughout California.
This role may require travel to VA hospitals, military bases, and other VHA and VSO sources.
Key Areas of Responsibility Serves as the primary conduit between VA/VHA providers, VSOs, military bases and AKUA within California Strengthen, and maintain relationships with current VA/VHA and VSO referral sources as well as military bases Locate, establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with CA VA/VHA referral sources including (but not limited to) Mather, Loma Linda, San Francisco, Long Beach, West LA, San Diego, and Palo Alto Establish and maintain relationships with referents from military bases including:
Camp Pendleton, 29 Palms, LA AFB, MCLB Barstow, Fort Irwin, Presidio of Monterey, Fort Hunter Liggett Develop partnerships with key personnel such as:
Social Workers, Therapists, Nurses, Physicians, Transfer Center Staff, DOM staff, and if need be the VISN offices, etc.
Increase the number of referrals from each source Maintain a database within Kipu of key VHA personnel within each VAMC Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the referral process Establish a partnership with the clinical team to maintain an understanding of programming, housing rules, and all areas involving the coordination of care for the client Coordinate onboarding of new VHA referral sources and prospective Veteran clients with admissions and clinical teams.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
