We are seeking a motivated personal injury case manager to join our team.
A personal injury case manager is responsible for overseeing the progress of personal injury cases and ensuring that the clients receive the best possible representation.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a detail-oriented approach to their work.
This position is onsite but is available remotely for those candidates that live at least 70 miles away from our main office in Newport Beach.
Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury case management, with a strong track record of managing cases effectively Highly motivated with a professional demeanor Quick learner Ability to work independently and handle a high volume of cases Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other legal software Bilingual in Spanish Responsibilities Open claims with insurance companies and request health insurance liens Handle property damage claims Gather and organize relevant documentation, such as medical records, police reports and witness statements Job Type:
