In this exciting role, you will:



  • Prospect and develop relationships with potential clients across various industries.

  • Understand and present our staffing solutions to meet client needs.

  • Identify, source, and attract top-tier candidates for open positions.

  • Manage the entire sales & recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.

  • Utilize a multi-channel approach including phone, email, text, social media, and networking.

  • Develop a strong understanding of our company culture and values.


To be successful, you will bring:



  • 5
    years of experience in B2B sales within the staffing industry.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building strong client relationships with integrity.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Deep understanding of the staffing industry and recruitment best practices.

  • Adeptness at utilizing technology and digital marketing tools for lead generation and recruiting.

  • A go-getter mindset with a relentless pursuit of helping clients and candidates succeed.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:



  • Base Salary:
    $65,000 - $90,000 annually (depending on experience)

  • Lucrative Commission Plan:
    Uncapped commission structure with the potential to earn significantly more than base salary. Top performers have consistently exceeded $165,000 annually.
