Qualifications Possess a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school Admitted to practice law in California and in good standing with CA Bar Association Prior experience in personal injury (pay depends on experience) Must be bilingual - Spanish In-depth understanding of personal injury laws, regulations, and legal procedures Demonstrated success in personal injury cases, including significant settlements and verdicts Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Collaborative team player who can work effectively with colleagues and staff Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research software Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and handle a large caseload Responsibilities Manage all facets of pre-litigation cases concerning personal injury, including communicating with clients, supervising cases, and engaging in settlement negotiations Give legal counsel to plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits, safeguarding their rights and chasing reasonable reimbursement for physical injury, medical bills, and other related losses Assemble and scrutinize a variety of legal documents, such as petitions, motions, responses to discovery requests, settlement contracts, and any other correspondence related to the case Facilitate resolution discussions with other parties, insurance providers, and defense lawyers Cooperate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure clients are given the best results possible Job Type:
