Responsibilities:
Greet patients with a warm and friendly demeanor Handle billing and insurance claims Participate in presenting treatment cases to patients Schedule appointments and manage patient records Coordinate front desk activities to ensure smooth operations Requirements:
Proficiency with dental software (experience with Dentrix Ascend is a plus) Previous experience in a dental office or similar healthcare setting preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment DA license who can do back and front is a plus
