Must be strong and involved leader to support and encourage all team members
Encourage excellence, ethics and personal growth
Ensure restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining positive reputation in community
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Taking responsibility for business performance of the restaurant
Analyzing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability
Preparing reports at end of shift, week, including staff control, food control and sales
Setting budgets
Planning and coordinating menus with Executive Chef
Maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene and health and safety
Strong financial Acumen

Very competitive base salary, bonus and benefitsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
