Acquire institutional quality office, industrial, and multifamily properties with core plus to opportunistic risk profiles. Selectively formulate partnerships for equity investments, identifying best in class operating partners with compelling investment platforms and opportunities. Originate loan opportunities for institutional lending platform. Underwrite structure and close all aforementioned investment activities. Oversee asset management of investment portfolio. Develop market expertise and depth of relationship in select markets (TBD) for sourcing acquisitions and equity investment opportunities. Source and underwrite property acquisitions and equity investments in target markets. Work in conjunction with analyst to prepare investment committee memorandums and make investment committee and investor client presentations.
Requirements
Minimum 10 to 15 years of experience within commercial real estate debt and equity markets. Ability to established relationships within the industry as demonstrated by closed transactions or managed key customer accounts. Market conversancy with capital markets institutions; knowledge of multiple types of loans, including bridge, mezzanine and other structured financed vehicles. Ability to driven or produce high results. Excellent communication skills written, oral, and interpersonal.
Education
Bachelor degree in Business, Real Estate and Finance.
