Commercial Mortgage Banker
Our 35 year old well established Newport Beach based Commercial Mortgage Banking firm is looking for a mature, intelligent, articulate person to join our team. Some experience in the capital markets or finance experience would be beneficial but not required. The candidate should be versatile enough to be analytical as well outgoing and confident to establish relationships with new clients. The ability to communicate your thoughts and positions is critical as well the ability to express yourself well in writing. Bachelor's degree is required. The firm is privately held, well capitalized and well thought of in the industry.
The candidate will be trained to source, generate, underwrite and fund mortgage loans on large commercial properties in Orange County. The candidate would initially be trained by a senior mortgage loan officer.
Compensation is based on potential. Compensation for the correct candidate could increase rapidly.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
