Our 35 year old well established Newport Beach based Commercial Mortgage Banking firm is looking for a mature, intelligent, articulate person to join our team. Their main responsibility executive assistant to the president and closing large commercial property mortgages. Other responsibilities include marketing, office management tasks such as payables, bank recs and entry level bookkeeping.
The candidate must be comfortable interacting with and directing all of the parties involved in a commercial real estate transaction. Some commercial real estate experience would be beneficial but not required. Bachelor's degree would also be beneficial. Must be able to compose original correspondence and express their thoughts in writing very well.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
